How to request deletion
Account owners can request deletion of their workspace data by contacting the CuboidPilot support or platform admin team using the email address or authorized contact method linked to the account.
What to include
Include your company name, registered email address, workspace identifier if available, and a clear request to delete account data so the request can be verified and processed safely.
What gets deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account profile information, connected business metadata, employee access records, contacts, campaigns, templates, inbox content, and related operational data where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security logging, backup integrity, or billing reconciliation for a limited period where required.
Processing timeline
Verified deletion requests are typically processed within a reasonable operational window, depending on the scope of the workspace and any compliance obligations attached to the data.
