Use of the service

CuboidPilot provides tools for WhatsApp messaging, automation, campaigns, templates, inbox workflows, employee access, and reporting for authorized businesses.

You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Meta policies, anti-spam rules, privacy laws, and any messaging consent requirements that apply to your region and audience.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, managing employee access, configuring approved business assets, and ensuring that data submitted through the platform is accurate and authorized.

Messaging and compliance

You are responsible for recipient consent, template approval usage, campaign targeting, and the legality of content sent through your connected WhatsApp Business accounts.

We may suspend or restrict usage that creates operational risk, violates provider policy, threatens platform stability, or appears abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.

Billing and availability

Paid features may require an active subscription or custom commercial agreement. Fees, usage limits, and plan entitlements are governed by the pricing or contract in effect for your account.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party outages, Meta restrictions, local network issues, or maintenance windows may impact delivery and uptime.

Intellectual property

CuboidPilot retains rights in the software, interface, branding, and platform logic. You retain rights in your business data and content, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the service.
